     Turbine's F2P MMORPG The Lord of the Rings Online will release a new expansion Rise Of Isengard that brings players to the east world Middle-earth, Isengard. According to the game's publisher Warner Bros. Interactive, the expansion will be available for purchase in the LOTRO Store in the Fall of 2011 and it increases the level cap to 70 and opens new regions
